It is a peaceful, rural family house with gardens, lake and eight acres of ​land​ including an historic tump, formerly a Norman border castle, with ​outstanding views over the Wye valley and beyond to the Radnor Hill​s. The Brecon Beacons are to the west and the Black Mountains to the south.​

We have two guest rooms, a twin and single bed accommodation. A large comfortable private sitting room with doors to the garden and sitting areas on the lawn; full cooked breakfast in our farmhouse kitchen and a rambling well stocked walled garden with views over the beautiful border countryside.

Twin Room
Our comfortable, well presented twin bedroom ​ ​with south facing views across the garden and the surrounding hills has a private bathroom​. Cotton sheets and feather pillows help towards a good nights sleep. A flat screen TV with Sky freeview, clock radio and coffee/tea making facilities. There is also access to a power shower room opposite if our single room is unoccupied.


​Single Room
Our small cosy single bedroom with antique four poster bed is very atmospheric and has its own shower room along the landing.

Bage Pool is a great base for exploring the Black Mountains & Brecon Beacons as well as visiting charming local market centres of Brecon, Builth Wells, Hereford, Abergavenny & more, all within 20 miles.

Breakfast
