Five comfortable and well-equipped self-catering cottages (sleeping from 2 – 6) set in glorious countryside on the Shropshire / Herefordshire border just seven miles from historic Ludlow.
Mocktree Barns were once a set of farm buildings, but have been converted to provide five distinctive and individually furnished cottages situated around a south-facing courtyard which can be booked individually or together for larger groups/families.
Jinney Ring is ideal for a family of four, but can accommodate up to six people.
Downstairs there is a comfortable lounge/dining room looking onto the courtyard and the countryside beyond.
The refurbished kitchen is spacious with a stable door opening to the courtyard.

Upstairs are a double and two single bedrooms as well as a good-sized shower room with washbasin and toilet.
A sofa-bed in the lounge provides additional sleeping and bedding can be provided by the host.
Heating is by easily controlled night storage heaters.
The Stable cottage provides ample accommodation for two and has delightful views towards the Clee Hills and south over the garden and neighbouring farmland.
Downstairs there is an open-plan living space with character features, exposed beams and a generous fully equipped galley kitchen.
The refurbished kitchen is fully equipped for up to four people. A latched door leads to the enclosed staircase and bedroom. Twin beds or a king-sized double can be provided.
An attractive sitting area in the bedroom can accommodate a folding bed for a third guest; alternatively this can be used downstairs in the lounge area.
There is a shower room with toilet and wash basin ensuite to the bedroom.

Kibble Mill, the grinding room of the mill was once here, but it is now a cosy cottage of charm and individuality.
The entrance faces away from the courtyard and offers privacy as well as easy access to the parking area. The half-glazed stable door faces west; an added bonus to take advantage of the afternoon summer sun. There is a small garden area with furniture but the courtyard and other garden areas are also there to be enjoyed.
The cottage has a comfortable, open plan sitting room with gate-legged dining table and chairs as well as other period furniture.

Upstairs the galleried bedroom has a divan double bed with crisp white linen covered with a hand-made patchwork quilt. (We can replace the duvet with sheets and blankets if you would prefer.) There is a washbasin and ensuite shower room with toilet.
Kit and Weavers these adjoining single-storey cottages face south and open directly onto the paved courtyard.
They originally housed the farm carts and animals but now offer more comfortable accommodation!
