We are Joel and Tracey, and this is our luxury boutique guest house in the picturesque town of Colwyn Bay, where you’ll find that no request is too much trouble. As welcoming to new faces as we are to our many returning guests, our aim is to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible.

Each of our beautiful boutique style rooms is as individual as you. We think you should be able to see exactly what your room is going to look like before you arrive, which is why we’ve detailed each room separately here.

Every room has a flat screen TV, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries, a hairdryer. You’ll also be pleased to know that we have excellent free Wi-Fi.

Family Room
Our family room, which sleeps five, is actually made up of two interconnecting rooms, both of which have a view of the roof garden.

Luxury Room
The largest of our rooms, aside from the family room, this room oozes luxury. Overlooking the church, it boasts a king-sized bed, dressing table and chaise longue.

Breakfast is served from 7.30am to 9am on weekdays. On weekends and bank holidays, we serve it at the slightly later time of 8am until 9.30am, as everyone loves a lie in
