The Linney, Devon

The Linney is a thoughtfully converted barn nestled within the owner’s farmland, in the Devon village of Littleham. All ground floor, it boasts one king-size bed on a raised platform, sleeping two people altogether. The shower room is next door and there is also a kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a woodburning stove. To the exterior is ample off-road parking, bike storage and a garden with seating and shared lawn with a barbecue. The Linney offers a relaxing break in a wonderful region for touring Devon and Cornwall.

Garden with seating and shared lawn with BBQ. Two well-behaved dogs welcome at £20 per pet per week. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles, pub 5-minute walk. Note: Guests can purchase fresh produce including bread and cakes, free range eggs, fruit and vegetables when available. Note: Guests are also invited to make use of the shared 1-acre garden with garden furniture and BBQ. Stabling and grazing may be available for guests’ own horse, which can be arranged directly with the owner.
