A fantastic holiday home on the banks of the Menai Strait where the cadnant river meets the ebb and flow of the Menai. Recently refurbished to an exceptional standard it will be hard to drag yourself away.

Located next to Menai Bridge you have plenty of choice in terms of restaurants and local shops. It is fast becoming the place to eat on Anglesey with Michelin Starred Sosban and the Old Butchers as well as the popular Dylans.

On the lower ground floor there is a well equipped kitchen with oven, hob, fridge freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher and microwave.

A large sitting room with lovely sofas and chairs. A multi fuel stove to keep you warm and a 55” Smart TV to keep you entertained.

The sun room has dining table and chairs with views to keep you lingering well after pudding. The doors lead out to the terrace below.

There is on street parking for two or three cars. You are well located to explore the whole of North Wales with beaches 10 minutes away, popular seaside towns such as Beaumaris down the road and the Snowdonia mountain range 20 minutes away.
